The effect of violence on women's sexual reproductive health is significant importance; this study aimed to the association between gender-based with unintended pregnancy and common conditions. size sample was 102, who were survivors violence. Direct interviews collected data, researchers used a structured 30-question questionnaire. Results showed that early marriage significantly associated pregnancy. mean for age group <=18 years 1.79, which higher than the>18 group. t-value 2.616, significance value 0.010, meaning there are statistically differences in favour years. also indicated prevalence unmet needs contraception 55% among survivors. 26% women received inadequate antenatal visits primarily due financial reasons, almost half (47%) births delivered by Cesarian section; most popular method IUD. In conclusion, consistent strong risk factor pregnancy, especially child group, so it's necessary overlook as it might be threatened.
